Parking: 1 assigned covered parking spot per apartment; an additional assigned covered parking spot can be available for an additional charge

Amenities Include: Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Disposal, Central Air A/C, Washer/Dryer, Cable, High Speed Internet, Covered Parking, Extra Storage in Parking Area

Renters are responsible for their own gas and electricity

Lease Terms:

Duration - 12 month lease available. I am not willing to lease it out for less than 12 months, so please don't ask for a lease until April or May only. I will; however, consider a longer-term lease.

Monthly Rent - $900.00 (plus $25.00 per month for high speed internet)

Deposit - $925.00

1st and last month rent due upon move-in. If you are willing to pay a semester in advance, or the entire amount upfront, we can make arrangements for a possible discount.

No Pets Please (If we do decide to allow pets, the deposit as well as the monthly rent will be increased).
